MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- Jeddah

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out Strategic Business Planning process at the company, facilitating and enhancing its strategic response to a dynamic market and business  environment, thus meeting its value creation objectives.
Integrate Marketing Plans across the business
Assist all business constituents to align and monitor the execution of the Strategic Business Plan and Objectives, through Balanced Scorecard and other  Management tools.
To assist in the development and deployment of corporate strategy, so as to achieve objectives based on competitive position, opportunities, skills &    resources.
To assist in shaping & re-shaping Co.’s business so as to deliver enhanced value objectives to all stake-holders.
To help forecast/ assess as much closely as possible the ‘future potential’ by establishing linkages between Market growth rates, company’s and    competitive position and the strategic fit.
To identify and assess specific new business initiatives of strategic interest; prioritize, and carry out implementation of these programs in association with    related business constituents.
Assist in deployment of Business Performance Management System across the organisation using Balanced Scorecard and monitor performance of all  business constituents, with respect to their alignment with Corporate Strategy.
Prepare Management Planning Schedules, co-ordinate preparation of annual Business Plans & Budgets, ensuring alignment with Corporate Strategies and Assess viability and carry out detailed analysis of new proposals from business constituent’s reg new products / system / projects with respect to its   strategic fit.
Manage corporate identity objectives, with respect to all external communications.
Co-ordinate between different constituents for preparation and presenting of monthly Operations Review.
Co-ordinate and prepare Board Review documents, ensuring complete strategic alignment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Grad in Engineering/ Technology with Post grad in Management from reputed University/Institute.
10-15 Yrs of leadership experience in business strategy, Marketing, Operations, Finance and /strategic human resources management with strong domain  expertise in Marketing and Operations.
Strategic thinking and management capabilities. In-depth knowledge and deployment exp of world-class business practices, viz. Benchmarking, Balanced  Scorecard, TQM, Lean Mfg, TCM and SCM solutions.
Capable of developing process, skills, and training to ensure consistency at the delivery stage of business strategy. Strong leadership capabilities
Background – Cement/oil &gas/construction/building materials or supplies/real estate development
Management experience with Multi National Companies.

KEY SKILLS
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Well developed inter-personal skills including ability to work with other business unit leaders and dept heads.
High computer literacy with knowledge in application systems, MS Office tools, Database and graphic applications and exposure to any ERP package.
Effectiveness in a multitasking environment

BENEFITS
Basic Salary: 30k+40k SAR ($96K - $130k USD per annum) + benefits
30k SAR includes base + accommodation + transport allowance
In Addition… + Education + Family Health Cover + Relocation package + GOSI contribution paid for by company.
