F-15C DISTRIBUTED MISSION TRAINERS (DMT)- Saudi Arabia
- Qualified in F-15C academic & operations
- 5 years USAF pilot experience minimum
Duties and Responsibilities
- Will include the following as a minimum:
- Function as a (DMT) instructor at any of the (DMT) sites in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and can be deployed any time to other (DMT) sites when as operational needs require.
- The instructor will be qualified instructor in both F-15C academic and operation of the F-15C (DMT) console by completing the required training of (DMT) console operation proficiency.
- He must be fully knowledgeable of operations on the F-15C Aircraft / Weapons and capable of providing instruction in both primary flying and advanced flying techniques and procedures.
- Will instruct any ground school subject related to F-15C systems, employment and tactics.
- Develop and update course Syllabi / Academic presentations / phase briefs as required for all phases of F-15C training.
- Specifically, he must be qualified to brief pilot trainees and CR pilots prior to (DMT) missions, configure the (DMT), monitor / control and be able to fly the
(DMT), and instruct to ensure the accomplishment of mission objectives and debrief the pilot to include required written documentation, and this includes giving SIM Checks for all phases of training.
- Assist the unit in research and development relating to enhancing the F-15C training program.
- Train selected persons to become qualified as (DMT) instructors.
EXPERIENCE
- Recently retired / separated USAF officer.
- Requires experience in air to air fighter aircraft type with a minimum of five (5) years USAF pilot experience (minimum of 500 flying hours).
- Minimum of two (2) years experience on F-15.
- Must be previous IP in any air to air fighter aircraft type.
- Must be knowledgeable regarding the latest F-15C operations, performance and weapons and capable of providing instructions in both basic and advanced flying techniques and procedures.
- Development of Situational Awareness Skills about Beyond Visual Range targets and enemy radar-directed weapons in the combat flying environment, and advanced sorting techniques for multiple v multiple engagements, FDL systems.
- The (DMT) instructor may be required at any time to take no-notice simulator check-flights at irregular intervals by squadron pilots.
- Experienced in instructional development courses and / or academic instructor.
- Must possess excellent communication skills (Comprehension, Writing, and Speaking) in English.
PREFFERED EXTRA QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience of (DMT/ SIM) instructor.
- In priorities to be previous IP in the following F-15C, F-15S, F-16, F-18, and F-14.
- Previous Academic instructor and /or completed a formal academic instructor course.
- Served as fighter aircraft IP for at least two years with minimum of (200) hours as IP time.
