The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the sales activities for their real estate properties across all regions. He will be responsible for the operations of the regional sales offices and the staff located there.

The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Director – Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for a Regional Sales Manager who will report directly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist Director of Marketing and Sales in developing sales strategies and plans
- Assist the Director of Marketing & Sales in the development & implementation of the sales guidelines, policies & procedures.
- Manage the sales offices and project sales site across the regions to ensure quality of service is provided to customers and potential customers.
- Conduct sales forecasting and planning with regard to economic climate, competitive environment, Real Estate trends and legislatives actions for every housing community project across all regions on behalf of the Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Set clear goals and sales targets for each Regional Sales Manager and ensure they communicate those goals and targets to their related Sales team
- Execute sales strategies and plans for the company and its projects and ensure cascading the strategies on sales in all regions.
- Oversee the sales activities across every project within all regions with the objective of enhancing the sales revenue of the company and its projects.
- Manage the sales leasing activities and oversee all negotiations with key customers.
- Maintain price list and distribute the latest price list to Regional Sales Managers to ensure all sales sites are following the latest one.
- Recommend changes to sales incentives scheme to Director of Marketing & Sales and implement the scheme at all Regions.
- Participate in the Public Relations crisis management team with the Marketing & Sales Director to carry out the duties necessary to resolve PR crises.
- Participate in the Marketing Planning Team for the Marketing & Sales Director to provide input, perform external/internal analysis and provide different perspectives for development of the Marketing Plan.
MANAGERIAL:
- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to personnel to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
- Communicate and discuss the section’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
- Delegate some responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of the section’s operation.
- Provide guidance and leadership to all section employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the section.
- Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees’ work performance.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master’s Degree is preferred)
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Management-level experience is required (4 + years)
- Real estate industry experience is required
- Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of sales/sales management
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
