Our client is a leading high end fashion/ accessory/ jewelry manufacturer across the Middle East and globally. They have a strong growth track record and are very well positioned to capture future expansion. Combined with its already strong presence in the entire MENA region and the growing importance of the US customer base, and opening new markets in Eastern Europe, our client is well positioned to further increase its overall market share and to capture a large portion of the expected growth.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
Maintaining the quality and reliability of products and processes of gold & jewelry manufacturing in an efficient manner, Ensure QC objectives are defined and achieved, Supervising & Training his team in his department.
KEY DUTIES:
- Analyzing and following up the daily defects and/or marketing complains and take the necessary corrective/preventive actions with collaboration with the QA manager.
- Evaluate the design, silver model, bill of material, gold model of every model executed to ensure that the future production is without quality problems and to adhere to overall quality norms in operation
- An excellent team player who is highly skilled and oriented towards continuous learning and improvement.
- Efficiently leads the QC supervisors, QC Inspectors, laboratory supervisors, and Laboratory analyst to sustain the quality & reliability of the company products & processes and provides assistance in any quality system matters.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in Quality Control
- Minimum of 3 year as QC Manager in jewelry or an accurate/ precision focused industry
KEY SKILLS:
- Background in statistics and QC analysis tools
- Technical knowledge in jewelry industry and familiarization with modern jewelry techniques
- Awareness of quality standards
- Ability to supervise his team and follow up
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is advantage)
- Excellent computer literate
COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS:
- Base salary up to 6 - 11k SAR per month/ $25 – 35K USD per annum
- Plus accommodation allowance
- Plus medical Insurance (for himself, wife & 3 children)
- Paid vacation at the end of the year (for himself, wife & 3 children)
