Our client is one of the top 100 Saudi companies & is ranked highly in the top companies to work for within KSA. They are a leading Construction company specializing in Industrial and Mixed Use Development projects.
Based in Riyadh the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas.
KEY DUTIES:
•Implementation of Quality Management System at sites.
•Preparation of documents for the Company Prequalification.
•Review of Contract documents for the new Contracts for the preparation of Quality programs.
•Preparation of Inspection & Test Plans as per Scope of Work and ensure compliance as per contractual requirements.
•Ensure the inspections of materials before taking delivery as per ITP, applicable Standard and Specifications.
•Check all materials and equipment delivered at site have receipt inspections and ensure its compliance with P.O, approved drawings and specification.
•Closely monitoring of site activities and fully coordinate with PM / Site Engineers / Quality Engineers on daily basis. Ensure the issuance of NCRs in case of non-compliance.
•Coordinate with all disciplines of Execution Teams and Contractors for Quality related matters.
•Conduct and / or Participate in Quality & Technical meetings with clients Sub-Contractors or Vendors.
•Conducts Internal Quality Audits.
•Participate in the process of evaluation to approve vendors as Company’s supplier.
•Arrange training programs for the education of Staff on Quality related areas to update their skill and knowledge to develop Quality & Safety culture.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Civil Engineering Degree
•8- 10 years experience in a related position
•Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required.
•Strong team-building and managerial skills.
•Excellent communications skills are essential.
•Fluent at Arabic/English and computer skills.
•Recent Middle East experience strongly preferred.
