Our client is one of the top 100 Saudi companies & is ranked highly in the top companies to work for within KSA. They are a leading Construction company specializing in Industrial and Mixed Use Development projects.
Based in Riyadh the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas.
KEY DUTIES:
•Executes projects awarded to the company and hand over to the client
•Prepares and follow up the plans and detailed programs for the projects execution within the contractual periods.
•Follow up the projects execution and assure that the work is done according to the technical specifications and schedule.
•Study technical problems that may occur and arrange to solve them.
•Study the progress reports and forwards the comments / suggestions to General Manager.
•Monitors the actual expenses in comparison with the budget and takes necessary action where ever required.
•Advises the Project Manager to correct deviations (if any) for the project execution as compared to original schedule.
•Visits periodically the project sites to asses the level of performances.
•Coordinates between different projects sites with respect to re-distribution of excessive materials, equipment and manpower.
•Prepare schedules for manpower and equipment needed for executing the project within contract period.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•B.Sc. Civil engineering
•8 + years experience, preferably with minimum 3 years in a similar position with a large organization
•Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required
•Civils experience managing multiple projects
•GCC experience preferable but not essential
•Strong team-building and managerial skills
•Excellent communications skills in English – Arabic speaking a bonus
•Good computer skills
