Our client is a global and Middle East leading Building Materials/ Cement Company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They are present in over 50 countries and are a very well respected company to work for with excellent future career opportunities within the organization.

We are working on 3 new vacancies for experienced PA/ EA/ Office Managers for their Jeddah location.

PA for CEO
PA for HR Director
PA for Commercial Director

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Female Candidates only
Must have 2 years experience in a PA/ EA/ Office Administration position
Saudi nationals very welcome
French/ Arabic/ English speaking very welcome
Must be available in Jeddah for interview this week
Experience within Cement/ Oil & Gas/ Construction/ Building Materials or Supplies/ Real Estate Development preferred but not essential
Experience working within CEO, HR Director or Commercial Director’s offices would be very welcome

KEY SKILLS:
                                                          
Strong personality and good admin experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic – French speaking is a bonus
Excellent typing skills
Strong Microsoft knowledge and experience
Ability to successfully organise diaries and meetings
Relationship building skills
Analytical Thinking
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Professional, reliable and personable

BENEFITS

Salary open to negotiation but around 10-15k SAR package
Higher package available for very strong candidates
Package includes base + accommodation + transport allowance
