Up to $16k per annum + benefits
KEY DUTIES:
- Answer telephone and email enquiries in an efficient manner, liaising with others and disseminating information as appropriate
- Coordinate diary and travel arrangements, correspondence, appointments, chasing deadlines and filing
- Maintain an efficient record-keeping & filing system
- Ensure protection and security of files and records
- Management of information for management reports and meetings
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
- Adhere to standards and procedures
- Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders and customers
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all office support operations & deliverables
- Perform other related duties as & when deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
BENEFITS:
Tax free earnings up to 5k SAR per month/ $16K USD per annum
