JOB PURPOSE
The successful Office Manager will report directly to the company President and organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the President's Office.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Answer telephone and email enquiries in an efficient manner, liaising with others and disseminating information as appropriate
•
Coordinate the President's diary and travel arrangements, correspondence, appointments, chasing deadlines and filing
•
Maintain an efficient record-keeping & filing system
•
Ensure protection and security of files and records
•
Management of information for the President management reports and meetings, including monitoring of budgets
•
Organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
•
Design and implement office policies
•
Establish standards and procedures
•
Organize office operations and procedures
•
Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders and customers
•
Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all office support operations & deliverables
•
Perform other related duties as & when deemed necessary
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
•
Degree qualified
•
Saudi Arabian national
•
5 years minimum in a supervisory office management role
•
Competency in strategic planning, implementation, and measurement
•
Fluent Arabic/ English
•
Knowledge of office administration management and supervision
•
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
