Core Purpose of Job:
•
Examine, review, research and update the HR Policies, procedures, processes and standards in line with global best HR practices
•
Compliance to the law of the land & aligning to the business objectives and strategies
•
Adopt the best quality standards, procedures and systems
•
Establishing a harmonious employee relations culture, in order to attract, retain, develop and manage talents
•
Meet the present and future requirements of talent for the business
•
Conduct organisation structure
•
Conduct job analysis in par with best global HR practice
•
Ensure jobs are fairly determined in line with the job market
•
Overseeing 4 other members of the team
•
Working with line managers across divisions, Divisional HR Managers, Divisional GMs and Functional HR Managers in Corporate HR
•
Deal with external consultants
Qualifications:
Essential:
Graduate in any discipline
Desirable:
Degree in Human Resources or MBA
Additionally qualified in Quality Systems
Certified Hay Job evaluation
Experience:
•
Experience in the above areas
•
5 years managerial experience in the review of HR policies, organisation development initiatives
•
Well conversant with employee relations process
•
Experience in an FMCG in the similar function is preferred but not essential
