ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Degree qualified- advance/ graduate degree preferred
Experience:
Excellent record within Talent Development and Learning & Development
Previous experience within an HR team ideally within a bank/ financial organisation
8+ years experience within a Senior HR position in a banking or financial environment, with the last role being Head of Training or Training/Development Manager
An impressive record of achievement & success
Excellent work references
Competencies:
Fluent in Arabic preferred but NOT essential
Strong analytical skills
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
