Head of ATM - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Head of ATM/ Head of Payment & Network Operations
Working with a leading banking/ financial services client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Open to Saudi nationals, fluent Arabic speakers & Western applicants looking to relocate.
The main objectives of the role will be to lead the section heads within the payment and general support function, executing the Operations strategy to ensure a timely and quality service to all relevant areas of the bank
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead all section heads and supervisors within the function area
•
Contribute to development and implementation of operations strategic plan
•
Manage effectively all operations relating to payments, cash and clearing, remittance and general support including SWIFT, domestic and overseas cheques,
etc. to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service delivery
•
Oversee management of cash levels and availability across the whole bank to ensure optimum cash levels across the branch and ATM networks
•
Manage day to day operations of ATM network, monitoring technical, mechanical and frontline problems
•
Review all CIFs submitted at the bank for completeness
•
Review and re-engineer all payment and network operations processes and procedures across the network to develop an STP capability, driving process
improvement across the branch and ATM networks and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency within the system
•
Ensure effective relationship management with all internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery to all areas within the bank
•
Liaise with SAMA on cash and payment related issues, as required
•
Check on high-risk accounts to ensure effective risk-management controls are in place
•
Support the training and development of juniors on processes and procedures
•
Manage all people related issues within the function area
•
Formulate and execute an effective talent management plan for Payment and Network Operations, identifying learning and development needs within the
function and driving development of an infrastructure for training
•
Support recruitment of key talent and ensure succession plans are in place for all roles in function

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Degree qualified- advance/ graduate degree preferred
Experience:
Previous experience as Head of ATM/ ATM Manager
4+ years experience within a bank in this area
An impressive record of achievement & success
Competencies:
Fluent in Arabic preferred but NOT essential
Strong analytical skills
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
