Based in Riyadh the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas.
KEY DUTIES:
•Exploring for opportunities in market to maximize the business size & profit
•Managing the processes of preparation, implementation of strategic/ operational plans, budgets and adequate strategies to achieve goals & objectives including the regular planning and operational review meetings
•Ensuring of project completion in time & quality within budget
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•B.Sc. Civil engineering, postgraduate studies in Business Administration is preferred
•12 - 15 years experience, preferably with minimum 5 years in a similar position with a big organization
•Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required
•Strong team-building and managerial skills
•Excellent communications skills are critical
•Fluent English
•Good computer skills
