Our client is one of the top 100 Saudi companies & is ranked highly in the top companies to work for within KSA. They are a leading Civil Construction company specializing in Commercial and Residential projects.
Based in Riyadh the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas.
KEY DUTIES:
•Exploring for opportunities in market to maximize the business size & profit
•Managing the processes of preparation, implementation of strategic/ operational plans, budgets and adequate strategies to achieve goals & objectives including the regular planning and operational review meetings
•Ensuring of project completions in time & quality within budget
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•B.Sc. Civil engineering
•8 + years experience, preferably with minimum 3 years in a similar position with a large organization
•Strategic Management skills (Planning, Financial, Analysis, Business development) are required
•Civils experience managing multiple projects
•GCC experience preferable but not essential
•Strong team-building and managerial skills
•Excellent communications skills in English – Arabic speaking a bonus
•Good computer skills
