Competitive Base Salary
24,900 SAR per month
Housing Allowance

This senior HR position will be based in Al Kharj in Saudi Arabia and is open to Saudi Arabian nationals only.
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
•
Responsible for providing HR services to over 2000 employees
•
Covering three locations in Saudi Arabia
•
Will direct a team of 6 direct
•
Managing a total team of 35 within the department
•
Will liaise with 10 departmental heads and GM’s to implement strategic directives
CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
•
To ensure that the Operations Division can attract, develop, reward and retain employees with the skills and knowledge and experience in a timely and effective manner
•
Devising and implementing progressive HR strategies in conjunction with the wider HR executive team
•
Effective implementation of agreed HR policies, procedures and practices
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Staffing, Localisation, Training & Development, Performance Management Systems, Compensation management, Policy Formulation & Implementation ,HR Administration, Departmental Leadership and Budgetary Control.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
•
Post Graduate qualification in HR Development
•
10 years+ HR experience, including a period in a manufacturing/ FMCG environment
•
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•
Strong leadership skills are required to guide a multi-cultural team
•
Knowledge of Arabic and local labour markets
•
Must be a Saudi Arabian national
