Our client is a global and Middle East leading Building Materials/ Cement Company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. They are present in over 50 countries and are a very well respected company to work for with excellent future career opportunities within the organization

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualified
10 years of leadership experience in customer service and distribution
Strong leader with proven success at growing and motivating a team
Capable of developing process, skills, and training to ensure consistency at the delivery stage of customer service & distribution
Background – Cement/oil &gas/construction/building materials or supplies/real estate development
Management experience with Multi National Companies

KEY SKILLS
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well developed inter-personal skills including ability to work with other business unit leaders and department heads
High computer literacy with knowledge in application systems, MS Office tools and Database systems
Effectiveness in a multitasking environment

BENEFITS
Salary: 30k - 40k SAR ($96K - $130k USD per annum) + benefits
Includes base + accommodation + transport allowance
