Essential Requirements:
10 yrs Banking/ FS exp in benchmarking, quality, process management/ measurement.
Development/ maintenance of ops management inline with ISO 9001 demands.
Monitoring legislation/ regulation.
MA/ MBA in Quality or Business Excellence related discipline.
QUALITY PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Essential Requirements:
Reports to BUSINESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER….
10 yrs exp in Banking/ Finance.
Knowledge of quality systems eg TQM, 6 Sigma.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Proven record in implementation of ISO9001 standards.
