JOB PURPOSE
Management of branch banking Business Units (revenues, costs, and capital usage)
Management of reporting divisions and allocated subsidiaries
Management of corporate banking BU (revenues, costs, capital usage)
Management of risks taken
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Budgeting
•Development of annual strategy
•Customer segment strategy (mass retail, affluent, small businesses, and medium-sized corporates)
•Business model and costs
•Risk management and capital consumption
Day to Day Tasks
•Supervises daily operations and procedures
•Development of budgets for retail and wholesale
•Development of budgets and targets for each division and allocated subsidiaries in cooperation with divisional managers and heads of subsidiaries
•Monitoring and review of divisions and subsidiaries' performance and target achievement
Management of Reporting Units
•Maintenance of relationship with key customers
•Securing quality-of-service delivery to all branch banking customer segments
•Application of procedure and limits regarding the handling of credit risk
•Development of HR strategy for branch banking BU (e.g., compensation scheme, hiring process)
Other
•Selection of direct reports
•Selection of next lower management level
•Build-up of required capabilities and management skills within the divisions
•Coaches and guides subordinates, motivating and training branch staff
QUALIFICATIONS
•Higher education in banking, economics, finance, marketing, or management
•Strong computer skills
•Fluent in Arabic/ English
EXPERIENCE
•5–7 years experience in retail banking, including at least
2 years in a similar role
•Deep knowledge of all retail-banking products and services
•Experience in servicing private and corporate accounts
•Knowledge of Islamic banking products
•Adequate knowledge of current banking legislation and accounting

•Up to 75k SAR per month (£165k GBP/ $240k USD per annum)
